What have you enjoyed most about your membership in the Talent Marketing Board?

Niki Ferrans: What I enjoy most about having a Talent Marketing Board membership is that all the other members are always so willing to share their stories, and their knowledge, and really help each other out. We've learned quite a bit since we've joined, and have also been able to share some of the things that we've learned throughout different processes. It's just been a great opportunity to get to know other people in the industry, but also share that knowledge.

Could you describe a time when the community helped you?

Niki Ferrans: Without getting too specific, we've had quite a few topics that we brought to our partners of the Talent Marketing Board. Anytime we have a question, we certainly, you know, typically start with Fast Feedback. We've been able to influence what type of calls that we have with the whole entire Board. And we've also made some one-on-one connections. So, we've been able to pick people's brains about different topics like vendors, or strategies, or as policies change across the nation in the world, how people are handling that, and we're given multiple ways to discuss that and figure out the best path for us forward.

What sets the Talent Marketing Board apart?

Niki Ferrans: There's a lot that sets the Talent Marketing Board apart. But I think the biggest thing is just the support that we get from our partners there. We are always asked if we need anything. We are always given the opportunity to request something that we might need, and everything is always done with such enthusiasm. I've never felt more helped, I think, from any other organization. And I can definitely tell that the folks at Talent Marketing Board care about not only our companies and our strategies, but also us as people.
