The platform itself enables me to easily search for topics that were discussed and see all of the answers from members. The Talent Community Manager is in touch with all members to understand their roles, their expertise, and they follow up with one-on-one calls and conversations to truly understand my individual and team goals, so that the discussion topics are meeting my needs.
