Rachel: Hi, I'm Rachel. I love to travel and I am a TLV VIP user.
Why did you choose TLV VIP to help you?
Rachel: I confess after a long flight or really any flight, I do not like lines. And when I found out at Ben Gurion there's TLV VIP where someone's going to greet me as I walk off the aircraft expedite me through passport control and take care of getting my luggage, it was really an easy decision to make and to use TLV VIP.
Could you describe a time that TLV VIP helped you?
Rachel: When asked the question to describe a time when TLV VIP helped me, that is every single time I use them, whether it's going through a security line faster, getting that back, lifting the heavy suitcases off the carousel. They help every time. Just recently, I landed in Charles de Gaulle Airport. I haven't been there. It was my first time and to be greeted by someone fluent in the language, knowing the airport was a huge help to me.
How would you describe TLV VIP in three words?
Rachel: To describe TLV VIP in three words, I would use a phrase: dream come true.
Why is TLV VIP different from other services?
Rachel: When asked the question, why is TLV VIP different from other services? I can't tell you because I don't use other services. I am happy with TLV VIP. Therefore, why would I want to try another service?
