Suhale Malik: One of the reasons we chose Titan was for the automation, um, allowing pharmacists to be available to carry out other services that may be needed for patients.
Suhale Malik: by having Titan in our pharmacy, I think it will enable us to work more efficiently. Uh, it'll be able to allow us to expand. Um, as I said previously through services, Um, and it'll just mean that things are a lot more efficient.
Suhale Malik: The implementation phase has been pretty straightforward, actually. Um, Nas and a few of the other colleagues at Titan have been very helpful whenever we've called or emailed, Um, and very efficient at getting back to our queries if we've had any, um, along the way.
Suhale Malik: one of my favourite features so far has to be Titan X. Um, I think it does make things a lot quicker for the pharmacist, so I really like that so far.
