Why did you choose TITAN?
The main reason is the development in technology that allows pharmacists and pharmacy staff to do their job more efficiently and, in a way that is safe for patients and doesn't compromise any health or safety.
How do you think TITAN will change your business?
Sagar Shah: This will change my business because it will become more efficient where the pharmacist frees up his own time to provide extra services, private services whereas the dispensing staff will be busy with the dispensing.
How was the onboarding process?
Sagar Shah: Today has been excellent. Nas especially has been excellent throughout the whole process. I have to give a shout out to Maj as well. He's been excellent as well as Sajid. The whole team at Titan have done an excellent job and I couldn't thank them enough. Fantastic.
