Why did you choose TITAN?
Rizwan Moledina : Hi, everyone. My name is Rizwan Moledina. I'm the pharmacy owner at Redhill Pharmacy in Wellingborough. Why did I choose Titan? Now, I chose Titan, on the basis that it would free up, my time and allow me to concentrate on more of the private services which will generate income for the business. And, that's exactly what the system has done for me.
How will TITAN change your business?
Rizwan Moledina : Hi, everyone. How will Titan change my business? It's simple, really. Titan will give me the opportunity to develop my private services, and it's the private services are key to all pharmacies to generate good revenue to keep us going and to provide other services which we weren't able to do before.
How has your implementation process been?
Rizwan Moledina : Hi, everyone. So how was the implementation process? Uh, been, uh, with the Titan PMR, uh, at the pharmacy. So the implementation process has been quite straightforward. but what we did find helpful, was getting a a trainer from, Titan headquarters. who assisted, with how to implement the system and what works best at our pharmacy. Because there are a few ways you could probably implement it. but with having a trainer there you get more ideas. Obviously, you figure out certain functions features, how you want the workflow. And overall we had the implementation process, sorted by by end of that first day. and which is remarkable? initially, I was fearing that this could take four weeks, eight weeks, even longer. But once the Titan PMR system was in, we had the trainer from, Titan headquarters. The process was absolutely simple and made it so much easier and less stressful for us at the pharmacy.
What is your favourite feature of TITAN so far?
Rizwan Moledina : Hi, everyone. So, what is the favourite titan PMR feature for me? Well, that's quite easy. And is the reason, why I chose the Titan PMR And it's mainly due to the fact it has the clinical checking feature. This then allows me to have more time to concentrate and grow the services at the pharmacy. And, although that is one of the favourite features, that I currently like, there are a lot more features that have been introduced to the system, which I will be looking at in the near future. But my honest opinion, even if Titan didn't bring out these other features that are available, I would be still very, very happy just with having the clinical checking feature on the Titan PMR Thank you very much.
