Why did you choose TITAN?
olamide olakanmi: So I chose Titan to basically help me free up, um, the pharmacist time to enable them to deliver more services in my pharmacies.
How will TITAN change your business?
olamide olakanmi: So a good example of a significant change Titan I had in my business since I started using it in July is, um, since the start of the covid vaccination and flu vaccination season, I've delivered even more jobs than I normally would have, because, um, the pharmacist is spending less time, um, checking or bagging prescriptions and doing all that. And, um, also, it's it's free of time to do other services. So I even open my mind to other services like travel vaccinations, the engine and all that. So it had that, um, significant impact on my business.
How has your implementation process been?
olamide olakanmi: the implementation process was was quite simple and seamless. And, uh, my staff caught on quite nicely with the support of the implementation team. Uh, it was very easy to reach them. They had a dedicated number with call, and they'd always answer the phone even if, uh, they missed the call. They they call straight back. And so, Yeah, we we got very, very good support from the implementation team, and that just helped the process. And we we we got we got into it quite easily. And, yeah, it is. It's been very seamless for us.
What is your favourite feature of TITAN so far?
olamide olakanmi: uh, my favourite feature so far is the fact that we can track the progress of a prescription to see who has done what and at what point it was done so that we when, um, patients come in and they challenges certain things we can we can speak with a lot more certainty. Also, if, um, I have members of staff who are probably lacking knowledge or need a bit more training or make mistakes with certain things, is it easy to check who has done what? How it was done? So, yeah, that audit process is one of my favourite features.
