Nazir Patel : We chose Titan because it's very efficient. It saves the pharmacist time and allows you to really concentrate on other things that matter and more than just checking prescriptions all day during the nitty gritty. And it really helps you and gives you time to improve your pharmacy business in a lot of other ways and making sure customers are put first. And now you've got the time to do it because of Titan.
Nazir Patel : It will change the business because now the pharmacist isn't just busy all day checking prescriptions. It gives them time to maybe introduce services and just in general, just free's the pharmacist this time up and lets them concentrate on other things. Compared to where you just money into work. And during the trading hours, all you're having time to do is check it. Just, it relaxes the pharmacist a bit as well. It saves them possibly making an error because of the rush. There wouldn't be that hecticness so Yeah, and it will change in a lot of other ways. That's just like the main stuff.
Nazir Patel : the implementation process has been really great. one thing I'd really like to pick up is Titan's customer service team. All of you are great, But just a few main names that have stood out I. I apologise if I've forgot your name because you've all been very helpful. But the main few people who I've been in contact with and have helped me, I'm gonna move on beyond are people like Oz, Ashley. just thinking. Sorry. there probably is a good few other people, but just on the top of my head, a big shout out to like these three, especially Ashley, Nas and Oz. they've been really grateful, really helpful and just been amazing honestly, and sorted a lot of things out once again. I do apologise if I've missed your name out, and we do speak quite often, but just them to be straight to my head. They're great. So, Titan, you are lucky to have them on your team.
