Jagdeep Jalf: So we were looking at a lot of different PMRS, and, we were comparing all of them the the different, services, the different things that you can do on them, the different functions. And we found that Titan had basically it was it was the easiest to use. Number one, number two. It saves the pharmacist so much time. just to get on with other services like, like things like flu jabs, et cetera, whatever it is that we do. And, it just we found it so much more efficient than any other PMR.

Jagdeep Jalf: because of the efficiency of Titan. we found that we're now able to spend more time with patients. we're able to offer so many more different services that we never never provided before. I never even thought we'd have time to, on top of that, even our claiming at the end of the month is just so much more easier. there are so many different benefits like I can. There's so many that I can't even list them all. but in terms of our business itself, it's It's made our business run so much more efficiently. It's made our, our customer services so much more better. We get messages all the time from patients, whether it's on Google or Facebook or whatever, just saying how good our service is. So all in all, just just the PMR alone has helped us so, so much

Jagdeep Jalf: So the implementation process from the start has been absolutely amazing. the entire team. Nas, Christian, Vicky. Emily. Just to name a few. it's been absolutely brilliant with them. They've they've helped them. Really from the start. Really If we've had any issues at all, they're always there. Just on the end of the phone call. Usually they pick up straight away on the phone. You don't have to be waiting for anyone. and if there is any issue that they usually fix it straight away within 5-10 minutes or so. So here at Newton Pharmacy, we just want to say thank you to you guys. because of how easy you guys have made our lives.

Jagdeep Jalf: I think my favourite feature of Titan has got to be the Edo [TITAN Mobile]. it's just so simple to use, so and and it saves so much time, whether it's filing whether it's even clinical checking as well, even Owings looking for owings around the pharmacy, you can just grab it. Look around what you've got, what you haven't got and you can order it on the on the, even when you're doing clinical checks, for instance, if you're busy doing something, the staff can come to me with the EDO. And I can quickly do a clinical check right here, and then they can go back and back it up. so really, it makes life so much easier.
