Manjeet Kaur Kang: Titan is very new to me. Um, but since I've been using it, it's, um, been very easy to use and get the hang of it. Um, I've had, um, support from Nas from Titan, and she's been tremendous help. Um, she's, um, been at the end of the phone. Um, if I struggled in any way, Um, but yeah, it's, um, helped free up a lot of, um, the pharmacist Time, um, in regards to, um, checking prescriptions and the dispensers do a lot. But, um, Titan has really helped the pharmacist in the fact that you clinically check the prescription. Um, before it's handed out.

Manjeet Kaur Kang: Yeah, The process has gone very well, actually. Um, the good thing with Titan is you can't miss any steps. Um, or you can't have any shortcuts. Really? It won't let you go on to any other step. Um, before completing it in a systematic way. Really? Um, which is the best way of doing it, You know, not having any shortcuts and doing things step by step. Um, and it's not time consuming at all. Um, you'll start off with having it clinically check the prescription by the pharmacist on the system, and then it will go through to the dispenser who will go on to label the medication, and then it will be packaged. And it's brilliant, because if there are any splits, um, the final check will still come from the pharmacist. If there are any C DS, it will come from the pharmacist. The final check. Um, So, um, in regards to the wrong item being dispensed, um, it's less likely to occur. Really? Um, so I think it's been quite quite easy. Um, in this business in particular, we've come in all new to the business and titans all new to us. So, um, we're all starters here. No one's come across Titan before, and we've all picked it up very quickly and easily. And there was no hard steps. Or, you know, um, we didn't struggle with anything. If anything, we had questions for Titan. Um, and the support team came up out to us and helped us out. Get started. And they answered all our questions. And the support team such as nas, um, were a phone call away. Um, and they had the answer to all our questions and setting up M DS patients having them on a cycle. Repeat ordering. Um, it's been it's been very easy to, you know, understand, um, and just use Titan as a whole.

What is your favourite feature of TITAN so far?

Manjeet Kaur Kang: My favourite feature for Titan so far is automatic ordering, which is the repeat flow. I think that's amazing. Um, if you set someone up straight away on repeat medication on the repeat flow, um, you would automatically have the system send an email request to the patient's surgery on your behalf. Really? Um, you don't need to worry about it. Um, if the prescription doesn't come back to us within 24 to 48 hours, however you set it up on the repeat flow, it will send out another request via email to the surgery. And I think that's amazing. Um, I haven't seen it on any of the other systems that I've used in pharmacy so far, so I've got to say, um, that is definitely the best feature that title has.
