Why did you choose TITAN?

Lukvinder Panesar: So the reason that we chose Titan was predominantly to free up the pharmacists time. I think the amount of time that they used to spend trying to look for prescriptions, hunting around the pharmacy, having to check CCTV it became a nightmare. They were just spending all day basically hunting around. On top of that, they weren't able to kind of provide any sorts of services. So the pharmacist, I think it it probably did take a about four or five months for the pharmacist to kind of properly get used to the system for the rest of the team to become kind of proficient with it. But as soon as they've started to get used to the system now the pharmacists time has been hugely kind of, uh, relieved almost again that this flu and covid season that we've just had has been absolutely fantastic from the point of view of the pharmacy has carried on running at all moments in the day. Um and it ha, yeah, it hasn't been kind of stopped or made more difficult by the pharmacist not being kind of in the dispensary. They've been able to go in and out of jabs all day, and it hasn't been an issue at all.

How will TITAN change your business?

Lukvinder Panesar: so, firstly, I think the main way it would change our business is is allowing us to push on all of our services by the pharmacists time being freed up. Um, it now allows us to kind of promote all the services that we're offering and also be able to action them. Whereas before the pharmacist just didn't have the time. Uh, it now becomes much more viable. Um, another way that I think it would change our business is from a customer satisfaction point of view. So again, when we were spending kind of hours at times hunting around for prescriptions either ending up kind of reprinting prescriptions, having to Redis it, um, again, patients are not going to be happy waiting around for that period of time. So the fact now that we pretty much within 20 seconds should be able to identify exactly where a prescription is in the entire process. So whether it's ready to be handed out to the patient, whether it's gotta be checked by the pharmacist, whether it's gonna be picked, uh, the stock as or whether the stock's gonna be labelled wherever that, uh, prescription is, you should be able to identify pretty much straight away as long as you've got all of the processes in place. Um, so, yeah, I think those two key areas kind of have have made it a a fantastic investment for us.

How has your implementation process been?

Lukvinder Panesar: uh, the implementation process has been fantastic so far again for weeks before, they're constantly getting in contact with you, making sure that all of your computers are set up. They're able to remotely dial in at all times and kind of get the printers, the scanners, Um, just the general connectivity of everything, like absolutely perfect before they come out. Um, and then this is the first time that we've actually tried on site training. So I've actually just been called away on the the day that we've gone live. I've had to kind of be off site for pretty much half of the day, and it hasn't caused any sort of issue. We've had somebody here that can basically deal with all of the different requests, start the training process with all of our different staff members. So it's It's really been very, very seamless.

What is your favourite feature of TITAN so far?

Lukvinder Panesar: My favourite feature of the TITAN system would probably have to be the prescription board. Um, when you're in any other pharmacy trying to locate a prescription, especially when you know you've got all eyes on you, you've got patient patient, representative, whoever it might be kind of staring a hole, uh, in the back of your head. Trying to track where a prescription is is an absolute nightmare. And again, everyone, uh, if no one knows where the prescription is, you do look a little bit foolish. Whereas with Titan, it's, uh it's so seamless. You just know exactly where that prescription is at all times. Um, so, yeah, you don't look kind of as much of a mug in front of patients, which is, uh, is always a good thing.
