Jeremiah Reno: Good day, Tiny Mobile customers with my name is Reno. I'm the sales manager at Tiny Mobile and uh just want to welcome any potential customers that wanna come join our fantastic service. You know, I gotta say the reason why I I uh do work here is I love saving customers money and give them proper service in an industry that ties people down to uh exorbitant contracts that doesn't help them out. We give you freedom by month to month contracts of fantastic deals working for this company has been an absolute pleasure and it'd be my pleasure to get you on board and we would love to have you as a customer. So if you have any, any questions, you just reach out and we would love to help and serve you and save you money and hopefully have you as a customer for a long term. You know, it's uh were good Canadian people who save people money in an industry that's very corporate that ties people down. Jeremiah Reno: Hello, it's Reno again, the sales manager of Tiny Mobile. What stands out about the culture at Tiny Mobile, good caring Canadian people who save people money, people who care about the job who care about the customer, who care about working for a proud Canadian business with good people. What is your role in Tiny Mobile?
Jeremiah Reno: My name is Reno. I'm the sales manager with Tiny Mobile. My role with Tiny Mobile is uh to get customers the best deal that they can on uh on our plans. My role is to make sure you have a great onboarding experience, a great long term customer experience and feel appreciated as a customer and as a sales manager, I take a huge amount of pride in that because I want you to be here for years. I believe in our company. I believe in our business model and I CS only growing and there's a reason why one of the fast, we're one of the fastest growing companies in all of Canada. It's because of the people that we bring in. It's because our staff care so much. It's because we want you to be here for years in a corporate world. The cell phones, we are the small guys who do things right? And we want your business and we will appreciate you.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Tiny Mobile?
Jeremiah Reno: Hello, it's the sales manager with Tiny Mobile. My role with here is the sales manager providing our customers with excellent service, great value and an alternative to a very corporate industry with great Canadian people. And my favorite part about my job is saving you money. Whereas I hear so many stories from so many other carriers of people being unhappy, quality of their service money. They owe hidden fees, all these things that can be avoided. And we take pleasure in giving our customers that freedom, that intimate experience. Our tiny, our tiny uh mobile customers are our family and that is my true pleasure with us.
