What is the main benefit of Time Doctor in your company?

Nicholas Powell: I would say that one of the biggest benefits about Time Doctor is the data that you receive. You can pretty much drill down into anything that you would want to know productivity of your workers. We have an app usage and even activity summaries that are really easy to navigate and understand, you know, and as a manager, this allows you to make really quick and influential decisions on how to enhance the performance of your company.

What does it mean for your company to have Time Doctor as a partner?

Nicholas Powell: So we've been a customer of Time Doctor now for, for many years. And I have to say that not having them by our side. We'd be honestly quite blind to a lot of what goes on in the background of our company. So, surprisingly Time Doctor is also a really, really good reminder of what you would want from customer service. As a manager, it's really, really good to know that you can truly depend on their systems, their people and their expertise.

Which features of Time Doctor do you find most valuable?

Nicholas Powell: So my work primarily involves a lot of data management. So I'm going to be a little bit biased here because I would say that the best feature of Time Doctor would be the management of data. But more importantly, I would say that the best features of Time Doctor are the people behind it. I really just cannot say enough good things about their team that in itself is a feature of Time Doctor because, you know, you could have all the features in the world when it comes to a time tracking system. But it, it really doesn't mean anything if the team behind it can't support it and Time Doctor does not have that problem.
