What is the main benefit of Time Doctor in your company?
Jake Bolling: The main benefit of Time Doctor for our agency is the reports that are automatically created. We use those to manage our fully remote workforce and track their productivity really easily. It's extremely helpful.

Jake Bolling: we've been able to effectively track our expenses on an account by account basis by creating projects for all of our remote employees to track time against and then measuring how much time they've spent on each project.
Which features of Time Doctor do you find most valuable?
Jake Bolling: the productivity reports and the screen casting, it helps us see if there are employees that are using mouse jigglers or if there are you know, bad eggs in the mix. But more so it also helps us see the good eggs and it helps us reward the employees that go above and beyond for us. And we can really see it when we go over the productivity reports. And so they went, you know, two hours over after Monday and they work still like 8 p.m. and it gives us a little, a little alert. It says uh bad work life balance. Now, I don't want that for everybody but it, it's, it's nice to know who's going the extra mile and who's not.
