Could you describe the level of customer service that you receive from tidysquares?

Kristin Franklin: So tidy squares level of customer service is beyond comparison to what we have experienced industry wide. No question is silly. They are never rushing us through a conversation. The office is amazing. Their emails are totally responsive and they are just able to answer questions for us that we've had difficulty getting answers to in other arenas of this business. So I'm sure Chris can attest to that as well. Yes, I would say the whole team is fantastic. Super responsive answers every question that we have always available to answer our questions and if they don't know something, they always get back to us very promptly. Um It's been a long time since I've had this level of customer service with anything. We really, really adore this whole team.

Why is tidysquares limited different from other similar products or services?

Kristin Franklin: The thing that sets tidy squares apart for us is that they approach their business as a relationship, not as a transaction. So they know that they priority is us and it's not the bottom line profit. And I can honestly say no matter what, there's going to be issues that come up whether or not it's a mistake that we made when we were designing or maybe something was sent wrong from the manufacturer. We know that it's going to be fixed and that they are going to partner with us to help us find a solution and not just leave us hanging to figure something out. And so it really is a relationship and it's a partnership and they value us, they value us as customers and they know that it's customers like us and customers like you that help with their bottom line. So it's a partnership.

After testing out other design tools in the market, how would you rate tidysquares' ecabsolutions design tool?

Kristin Franklin: Um, as far as software goes with tidy squares. E cab has been um, really pretty user friendly and if there's any question, as with any software, it's just sort of like learning a new language. Um, the staff there is, is available to help every single step of the way. Um, which is different. It's nice because if you run into a problem or you have one little thing that you can't quite figure out they can walk you through it. So, um, we've only used a couple of different Softwares but we really, you know, this is becoming easier and easier to, to use as we learn the new language.
