Ben: Thurgood helped me by understanding a lot of. How my situation? Was specific to where I lived, what industry I was in, all these nuances about my industry and how these practices that were going on around me were not OK, and the way I was treated for whistleblowing about them was not OK, and. He helped me craft a a story around what happened, understand the timeline. You know, kind of. Unwind the narrative that my employer had created. And he advocated on my behalf to them, to their legal counsel, worked on the settlement. And ultimately. Got me what I wanted and provided incredible support the entire time.
How did Thurgood compare to what you'd expect from a traditional law firm?
Ben: I expected. A totally different experience, not a personal experience, and Thurgood completely changed my thoughts on what employment law. Could be and. It was very Communicative, it was very um. He, he was an advocate for me, so. I feel really grateful that I had them on my team.
