Kailey: Before Thrive, I was anxious and I was overwhelmed and I had very little capacity to handle stressful situations. After practicing the skills and being introduced to them and having people to practice with, for example, the skills of quieting, the skill of sharing appreciation, the skill of growing joy. It's changed my life. It's changed so much for me. I am a more joy-filled person. I have greater peace of mind and the capacity that I have has increased significantly. And around that time when I had started doing mental health therapy as a professional work, I was introduced to Thrive skills. And that is what has been the most transformative part for me. My capacity has grown and I went from thinking, I'm not gonna be able to keep up being a mental health therapist because the weight of these people's stories are so heavy and overwhelming to me too, I develop skills and practice skills that increase my capacity that eventually allowed me to increase my client load with great joy and satisfaction, and peace of mind, knowing that I could hold and handle and manage these people's hearts and stories with great tenderness and with way less overwhelm than when I had originally started. And I credit so much of that to THRIVEtoday
