So if you could describe thrive premier training week, in a couple words, how would you describe it? Well, I would just say it's a time of experiencing the rhythm of joy and quieting that really um help me understand the importance of that rhythm. So especially I was able to practice a lot of quieting skills as five days here. And that really has um blessed me. And I'll say, hm uh this is the time to learn how to quiet myself and how to respect others needs of their resting. And if someone was on the verge, deciding if they would come to a thrive, premier training or not, how would you encourage them? Well, we've been reading many books from life model and we learned some of the lectures regarded with uh thrives but un until we came here, we didn't realize even the knowledge we could not have the skill that we experienced and trained. So I strongly encourage you to come and get training for your brain skills. So actually, you can experience it. Wow, this is what it means. So you can experience what the book is talking about through the real life exercise. And practice here. Last question. How do you apply relational circuits in your life? OK. I mean, in the future, um like how do you use the relational circuit skill in your life or how has learning about it, the relational circuit skill impacted you? Well, for me, um when I had understanding on relational circuit and the signs of this RC is on or off, that really helped me understand first where I am right now and what is going on inside of my heart. So instead of just um running, running, running with my re relational circuit turned off and actually that really helped me understand, to pause a little bit and check RC and then turn it on again, through uh breathing exercise and through appreciation exercise. And when RC was turned on, I could have a intimate relationship with my family and with the people around me. Uh Yeah, for me the same, I think even though I knew what relation circuit is and how it functions. But because of busy life, I didn't care, even though my ass is off, I just run, run and just it's not relationships. But I did work. But through this training, I, I value uh relation circuit needs to be on to thrive. So I wanted to keep trying my best, keep on my arses on, relate with other people with joy.
