First, I want you to take a couple of deep breaths. So we're gonna breathe in and exhale. Just feel your body releasing the tension. We're gonna do another breathe in and exhale. OK? Now we're just gonna ask Emmanuel to bring to mind a special moment. A person, a place don't overthink this just go with what comes to mind. And once you have that moment, person or place, this is where the savoring comes in. We're gonna paint a picture of what that memory. What was it like to be in that memory? Was it inside or outside? Who was there? What was the weather like? Anything that just adds depth and dimension to the memory? We're just going to enjoy that moment and be thankful for God's good gifts in this special moment and take another deep breath and exhale. Oh I feel a little bit of joy bubbling up in me.
