Laken: to that there are options. There are companies that are not trying to take advantage of you.
What was the experience like working with the Thrive team?
Laken: Um, our biggest challenge with, um, that we were facing was losing our home. Um, we had a lot of unexpected things happen with our finances, and they came in and saved us.
Laken: Our experience working with Thrive has been wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better team that helped me, um, Eli and Samantha, they were on every, every little thing that I, I needed. Um, they were on it. They were very responsive when I had a question. Um, everything was detailed and I couldn't be more thankful for them.
Laken: I would say they separated themselves by not being salesmen, and they truly seemed that they cared for our situation and they really wanted to help us. Um, we had numerous other companies trying to contact us um on a daily basis about our, our home and The ones that I thought that I could truly trust was um Eli and his team.
What advice would you give the next homeowner facing hardship?
Laken: Um, I would, I would tell them that there are options. There are companies that are not trying to take advantage of you. Um, Thrive is one of the companies that will truly try to help you in every way that they can.
