What was the experience like working with the Thrive team?
Joe : This is Joe Tucker. I am a client or customer of Thrive Capital. They purchased my home. In a time that I was in really tough shape physically. And allowed me to stay in my home. For several months so that I could recover. And get back on my feet physically. And it was a blessing, certainly working with. Folks like Samantha and Eli. They really made it. Pretty easy.
Joe : One of the things that made dealing with thrive, and dealing with thrive, we dealt with Eli and with with Samantha. Was that they did what they said they would do. They promised us a way to stay in our home. So that I could recover. Uh, and they made that happen. Just as they said they would. There was no fighting or arguing or needing to. Uh, consult. Uh, lawyers or anyone else, they did what they said they would do from the beginning.
What advice would you give the next homeowner facing hardship?
Joe : If you have a challenging situation, whatever the circumstances might be. Whether or not it's health issues, financial. Uh, family issues, family problems. What whatever your challenges might be, there's one thing for sure, and that's Thrive is willing to deal with it and it is capable of helping you deal with it and get you through a difficult time.
