Christi Johnson: your home if they can. They are, I can't say enough just how wonderful they were to work with and continue to work with.

What was the experience like working with the Thrive team?

Christi Johnson: Hi, I just wanted to share a little bit about my experience in working with Thrive. Um, when we reached out to them, we were facing some pretty devastating financial situations, including foreclosure on our home. Thanks to Thrive, uh, our house was not foreclosed on. They were able to purchase the home. And have allowed us to stay in the home, a home that we've had for over 20 years. They're a great group of people, um, they're, I mean, good, kind-hearted, really look out for their customers kind of people, and I am so grateful for everything that they have done and continue to do for me and my family.

Christi Johnson: We've had such a positive positive experience working with the Thrive team. They have been upfront and honest with us. They have, you know, explained everything to where we could understand. They have not made us feel bad. down upon us for our situation, and they definitely had our best interest at heart. They still do. Um, they didn't have to let us stay in our home for an extended period of time, but that's something that they've allowed us to do. You can just, you can tell by the way they carry theirselves, that the way that they run their business, that they do truly care about their customers and they really want to do what's best for the customer. They put us first and it's, it's It's just been an experience that you don't really have the opportunity to have these days, especially in business.

What advice would you give the next homeowner facing hardship?

Christi Johnson: If there's one thing that I could say to the next person that's struggling with their home, it is, don't hesitate to to reach out to Thrive and their team and work with them. They really want to do what's best for you and your family, um, and keep you in your home if they can. They are, I can't say enough just how wonderful they were to work with and continue to work with.
