What was the experience like working with the Thrive team?
Brittany: So I have been living in my home for almost 8 years and like many people within the last year I experienced many challenges. Life was lifing, so I was at the point where I was very, very close to losing my home. I mean less than a month away from losing my home.
Brittany: So if you've ever been in um the position of almost losing your home you know you get endless advertisements in the mail and I can't really say what made me decide to go with Thrive and contact them, but I ended up um reaching out and speaking to Eli. And he was just great and even when I was talking to him I was like this is just too good to be true but OK we'll we'll see, we'll see how it goes and then he um partnered me with Samantha and she held my hand throughout the entire process and she was just amazing. Um, both of them, their customer service skills were just awesome, and they make you feel so comfortable and they're so confident and they really, really led me through this entire process and made it absolutely seamless. I can't thank them enough.
What advice would you give the next homeowner facing hardship?
Brittany: There are options out there. When you feel as if there's nothing more that you can do, look at those advertisements and contact them. It doesn't hurt to just have a conversation, have that conversation. With Thrive I will say they didn't put any pressure on me and they made me feel super, super comfortable when they explained the different options that I had.
