Amy Hemseri-Sabala: I want to express my heartfelt thanks for the tremendous effort the activation team dedicated to bringing the P & O org redesign to fruition. This was no small feat, and your hard work and collaboration were truly exceptional. Each of you played a vital role in your commitment to delivering results. Despite the challenges and long hours, it did not go unnoticed. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your part in changing the odds for kids.

Rhonda Scott: Hello, team. I just wanted to come by and just thank you guys for all of the hard work that you did to bring this design to life and to the team. And I really appreciate the thoughtfulness that you had to bring both the general managers, directors and HR's into the same room. I think it really helped to support as we really provide the support, and the information to our teams. Again, I appreciate all the hours that you spent, all the thought that you put behind it and I'm excited to see how we launch it from here.
