And I really appreciate the thoughtfulness that you had to bring both the general managers, directors and hr s into the same room. I think it really helped to support as we really provide the support and the information to our teams. Again, I appreciate all the hours that you spent all the thought that you put behind it. And I'm excited to see how we launch it from here.
