Describe your experience of getting funding from The Investor's Edge.

Matthew H.: After everything was said and done, it, it, it went through and uh we were able to get financed um after all the, the homework that was involved in it and um uh we uh got approved uh through the funding.

Describe your experience of rehabbing your real estate investment property.

Matthew H.: the, um, uh, my experience on rehabbing the real estate, uh, property that I, uh, presented to, um, the Investor's Edge as we got going was, uh, it was pretty good as, um, as I'm a contractor and well versed in, um, running projects and troubleshooting anything that might have came up. Uh, this one, was pretty, uh, pretty, um, easy project. Um, uh, the challenges I had

Describe your experience of refinancing your fix and hold property.

Matthew H.: Hey, um, the, my experience on, uh, we went ahead and kept the property and, uh, we're really happy with the outcome of it. Um, the experience on refinancing was, uh, pretty easy. We started ahead of time knowing, uh, where we were on the progress of things of the project, so we got pretty much all the paperwork and everything lined up and, um, just had to reach out and said we're closing out and, um, actually did a great job on getting the paperwork over to us and uh timely fashion that we were able to submit it to our other lender and just, uh, kinda went from there and um Uh, wasn't too bad at all on, on us uh refinancing out of that, um, into a, a long-term loan for us to, uh, uphold the, uh, so we can hang on to the property.

How much money are you looking to make on this property and what do you plan on doing with the profits?

Matthew H.: Uh, we're not looking to look at, uh, reselling it or really doing anything on it. We're just gonna, um, hold on to the property and, uh, uh, and just, uh, have, um, and we're not looking to sell it. So, uh, we're not, we don't have any expectations on the profit, uh, on the profits that we're looking to, if we were to resell it.
