Hi, this is Tayna Malaspina. I am the Young Adults Programme Director in WCCM and I would like to invite you to the young adult retreat for this year. This year's theme will be: 'Where has the joy gone? Reconnecting with our True Selves.' You know we live in a time when depression, anxiety and other emotional questions are on the rise. It seems that modern sources of meaning and happiness are not enough to satisfy young people. And many young people live in superficiality, and this makes them feel an existencial emptiness and a lack of meaning. And who is this retreat for? It's both for people that are in the beginning with their experience of meditation or if they've already started with this practice. It's for young adults aged 18 to 45. And if you are interested in deepening your spirituality through the practice of Christian meditation, it's a good opportunity. And if you like to spend time reconnecting with nature, here it's a good place for it. Another, another important information is if you would like to take part in this retreat and need some financial help, we also have a scholarship programme and the form is on the website. I'm here in Bonnevaux and I'm going to show you a little about the space where this retreat will take place. During the retreat, we will have time for meditation, prayer, talks, yoga, community, experience community life and contact with nature. So on our website, the bonnevaux website (bonnevauxwccm.org), you can access all the information. So let's see a little this place so beautiful...Bonnevaux is called Centre of Peace. So if they like to to live, to experience this retreat, enter our website and all the information you can get there. So see you. Bye bye.
