Kevin Wittoeck: I've spent a lot of time interweaving both theory and practice in the design of this retreat, but I've put the emphasis on practice because in the end, I believe that the greatest teacher we all have is our own experience. So expect to do yoga and breath work together. Expect to meditate in silence, expect great food. We'll spend time in nature and we'll creatively express to keep track of the changes that are taking place within ourselves. It's a 4 day retreat and it's just a great opportunity to learn a bit more, to connect with yourself and with the others. And I'm convinced that at the end of the retreat, you'll feel more rooted, you'll feel renewed, recharged, and ready to face whatever comes next.
