Could you describe a time that The Tutoring Center helped you and your family?
Dana Ivey: Hi, my name is Dana Ivey and I'm here to talk about how much the tutoring center means to my family, particularly to my son. Um, my son is currently in the 10th grade and he has been attending the tutoring center since he was in the second or third grade. And the center has been a tremendous help for him, for us. Um, they've worked with him to increase his confidence and his ability in his school work. Um, I think they have done amazing work with him and not only his schoolwork but his self esteem, um, he feels really good about himself. He feels really good about his ability to learn and grasp new concepts. Um, so the tutoring center has helped my family in more ways than I can think of. Um, I'm so grateful that we found them and I'm very appreciative of, um, Sarah, the owner and all of the tutors that have worked to make my son such a success. Um, I hope we can continue working with them. I know most of the tutors. Um, my son loves most of the tutors. He looks forward to his sessions. So we are just so grateful to the tutoring center and so very appreciative of them.
How would you describe The Tutoring Center in three words?
Dana Ivey: How would I describe the tutoring center? In three words? Um I think the words that come to mind are family. Um, amazing and supportive. Uh The tutoring center feels like family. They've been super supportive of my son and I can't say enough great things about all of the amazing tutors that work there.
Why is The Tutoring Center different from other similar products or services?
Dana Ivey: I think the tutoring center is different from other organizations that offer similar services because of how personalized the help is that you get. Uh my son has been there since he was in the second or third grade. He's currently in the 10th grade and he has worked with amazing tutors who are willing to change up the the the material and the way the material is conveyed to him so that he really gets it. And I think they really personalize the instruction and that has been huge help for him and in helping him learn and helping him gain confidence in his ability to learn. So I think one of the key differences is that the tutoring center is so personalized and they really get to know the student as an individual and they really get to know how the student learns and how the student works. So, um when, when working with kids, I think that is so important and I think the tutoring center has an amazing job uh with doing that.
