What was going on in your life and career that made you want to join NLCA?

Hi, my name is Lanea Stanley and I'm a licensed vocational nurse in Nevada and California. I am currently um working and I feel the nurse shortage, uh, burnout impact heavily in the career field right now and it sucks. On top of it sucking, I feel bad for my fellow colleagues who are overworked and I wanna give back to them and I also. I want to bring flexibility to myself and to my family. So I decided to join NLCA. Super excited, cannot wait to start and get back to my fellow staff members and also the community and be impactful in a major way. Alright, bye, can't wait to see you.
