Haley Grayce: big, and it will help you dream big and realize you can do anything that you want to do.

What was going on in your life and career that made you want to join NLCA?

Haley Grayce: Hi, I'm Hayley. Uh, I found NCLA at a time in my life whenever I had just transitioned from a high-stress job into a job that aligned more with my life. Um, I do integrative and functional medicine. I always sit with my clients for a really long time and hear about their problems and what's going on in their lives, and I found NCLA and was like, this could definitely help me, help my clients more, and so I joined.

How did you do with balancing your life and the coursework?

Haley Grayce: I didn't find it hard to balance my life with the coursework. Um, I have two small children and I have a part-time job that's very flexible, and so I was able to kind of schedule when I would do my coursework, when I would do my um pro bono clients, and then also have a very full life and um I, I also just did a lot of self-care and made sure I was OK, um, while I was doing.

What do you see in your future as a nurse life coach?

Haley Grayce: In my future as a nurse life coach, I see so much potential. I hope to help 100 clients in the next 2 years. Just feel better and help them with their goals, um, help them with their health and wellness, and I'm just really excited to see where it goes, and I'm here for the ride.

How have you grown personally?

Haley Grayce: I told my husband yesterday that even if I don't open my own practice, that if this went nowhere, that it was totally worth it to take the course. Um, personally, I've grown so much. I have a lot more self-awareness, and I have a lot of helpful tools um that I can use to for growth. And I feel like I've grown as a human a lot, and I think everybody should do life coaching.

What would you say to a nurse considering joining Nurse Life Coach Academy?

Haley Grayce: To any nurse that is thinking about joining Nurse Life Coach Academy, I say take the leap. Um, it will change you as a person, it will make your goals big, and it will help you dream big and realize you can do anything that you want to do. So I say join, um, you're definitely not going to have anything negative come out of it.
