It was so nice to be able to go to Mario to ask him questions, to get our questions answered really quickly and really just to have everything written out for us and knowing exactly what we needed to do to complete the process was extremely helpful for us. Yeah, it was very good that they were always very responsive and they will always make sure that we we get the information that we needed to make any part of the process, so they just make the process super easy.
