What motivated you to enroll in The Intake & Client Advocacy Masterclass?

Ruby Shook: Hi, I'm Ruby Shook and I'm with the DiPasquale Moore law firm. What motivated me to enroll in the intake and client advocacy master class is Gary came out to our firm a few years ago and was just very enthusiastic. We learned a lot about um, the intake process from him and we wanna learn more. So that is what motivated us.

How has The Intake & Client Advocacy Masterclass impacted your law firm?

Ruby Shook: The intake and client advocacy master class has impacted our firm by being able to learn from the other law firms that also participate. So it's nice to see kind of what we're doing compared to what other firms are doing, what's working for them, what we can implement on our side as well, just to help us be more efficient and gain more signups.

If there's one thing you could tell someone considering The Intake & Client Advocacy Masterclass, what would it be?

Ruby Shook: One thing that I would tell somebody who is considering the intake and client advocacy master class um is do it. It's great. You're going to gain a lot of knowledge, not only from Gary, but from the guest speakers. And it's only going to have um a positive impact on your, on your company.
