What do you love about working for Holdsworth?
Sharon Foley: I love so much about working with the Holdsworth Center. Um But one of the things that I love the most is that I get to be a learner, even as I am also supporting the learning of hundreds of campus leaders across the state. Um I have never before worked at a place where each and every day I have the opportunity to learn myself from expert faculty who come to our campus and bring their expertise and their brilliance to our leaders. Learn from the feedback that the people on my team offer me about the ways that I can be a better leader for them or the feedback that they give me around design that I've done or around facilitation that I've just finished delivering. And I learned so much from our leaders themselves and from the experiences that they have each and every day that they share with us the conversations that we get to have over meals. And I get to just continue my own learning, even as I get an opportunity to also be a part of creating experiences and opportunities for them to engage with each other, with our faculty. And to also develop in their leadership learning. So there's just so many things I love about working at Holdsworth that that is my number one.
