Max Ashton: Finally, the pipework was neat and looked like an art piece by the end of the install.
Can you describe how smooth the survey and installation process was?
Max Ashton: I can highly recommend the heating people. Liam and his workforce were the definition of professional tradesmen. From the initial consultation, Liam showed he had extensive knowledge on heat pumps and how to target their maximum efficiency. They were accommodating on the heat pump position around my house, as I didn't necessarily want it in the easiest install position. They adapted the plumbing, allowing me to reuse my existing hot water cylinder as an auxiliary hot water buffer, as I wanted plenty of hot water. And were happy to answer any of my nosy questions. Finally, the pipework was neat and looked like an art piece by the end of the install. Superb, 5 star rating from me. Absolute thumbs up guys, thank you so much.
How would you describe our team’s politeness and professionalism?
Max Ashton: I would describe the team's politeness and work ethic as superb. They were all splendid chaps who knew how to graft. But were more than happy to explain and teach me a thing or two here and there as I occasionally lingered around.
What did you think about the quality and appearance of the work?
Max Ashton: The heating people mill's workmanship and install was excellent. Extremely neat pipework that looked like an art piece. They even repaired the old boiler's exhaust holes by fully replacing the brickwork, which I was extremely impressed with. Nice one, guys.
