What service did you use of THT, and from 1-10, rate your experience with Lauren and Raegan throughout the set-up/implementation process.
Lisa Curtis: I was able to provide the healthy teachers well-being course for my teachers and staff in my district. And it was a phenomenal experience with Lauren and Reagan. They were awesome the whole way through, set up an implementation. Um My teachers really loved it. They realized that it was critical that they need to take time, needed to practice self care so that they can be healthy, first and foremost. Um teachers and staff in an educational setting are notorious for putting everyone else above themselves. It wears them down mentally and physically. This course teaches that taking care of yourself first is a priority and that it's not selfish. Everyone comes away renewed with tools and knowledge that help them be successful when they deal with the stresses of work in everyday life. I highly recommend this. I give it a 10, everyone in education needs to take this. We all need these strategies and we are all worth it.

Lisa Curtis: I would describe the healthy teacher in these three words, professional, knowledgeable, and fun.
How has the service positively impacted the overall health and wellbeing of your teachers and staff?
Lisa Curtis: The healthy teacher um has positively impacted the health and well-being of my teachers and staff. They come away refreshed. They are are happy. They have tools that they can use to, to help them in their self-care. And every time I see them, they're thanking me for providing this service and um they want me to keep doing it. They want, they want to see it more and more each year.
Why is The Healthy Teacher different from other similar products or services?
Lisa Curtis: The healthy teacher is different from other, um, other similar services and products because they are so personable. Um, it feels like you're talking with your friend and um they make you feel safe and it, it's just a, a phenomenal experience.
