Lisa Cohen : Hi. As you can see, I recently renovated this bathroom. It's in the basement and it's gonna function as a bathroom for guests when the contractor was done. The only thing I have to do is to have a glass door made for this shower. Now, as you could see, the shower has a few different heights because the contractor had to had to work around some pipes. Um And when I wanted to have this glass to me, I contacted a few different companies. One of the companies was just very hard to um to deal with directly. They, there was a big runaround. It was just a hassle to talk to them and a different company told me that it was gonna be very expensive because it's very labor intensive to have the glass cut at three different levels as you see here. Um And ultimately, I'm so glad that I found glass guru. They were amazing, speaking to Alicia on the phone and through text messages and emails was incredible. She is so easy to work with. She always gets back to you. It was just such, such a pleasure. And then when they came to measure everything was done so quickly and professionally, they used the laser to get the exact measurements and it was installed in a much, much faster than I thought it would be installed. And the whole process was just so smooth and to top it all off, the price was much more competitive than um some of the other prices. So I am so happy with glass guru. I can't thank them enough. Lisa Cohen : Working with Glasgow was much better than on other companies because their communication was excellent. I didn't have to run after anyone. They always got back to me right away. Also their skills and their knowledge of um the cost of everything was much better. They told me that indeed, it would not cost more money to have a shower door made um with three different levels in terms of the height as you see there because of the shape of my shower, I needed the glass to come in three different heights and they said that would not cost more. They also told me that having a gold finish put in to match the rest of my bathroom would not cost more. Um, a different company told me that it would, that I should do chrome if I want to save money. Um And they were extremely informative and just educating me in terms of my different options and then to top it all off, the price was much more competitive than a different company that I um looked into anyway.
