Could you describe your recent project and why you chose The Glass Guru?
Laura Welch: Hi. So I have decided to do a little renovation in my home instead of moving and buying a new home, which I think is a pro pretty popular thing people are doing now. And one of the things that I wanted to update was my windows. I didn't want to do a full window update. I was, didn't think it was, I didn't want to spend that kind of money, but I did have glass that was foggy because double pane glass and I've been in my home for 23 years. So that was what I'm up to.
How would you describe The Glass Guru in one or two words?
Laura Welch: So glass guru gave us the best quote and they were really fast with their quote and very honest with the amount of time that it was going to take them to custom create glass for all of my second story windows, two f sorry, 1st and 2nd story windows, two story house. Um So they showed up on time exactly of the day that they said they would, they sent a reminder, everybody that came was so great. They were fast and efficient and very sensitive to the fact that I was working in the other room. Um The team was awesome. Victor Clint David James,
Laura Welch: Um And the whole thing was done. My two story home with all my windows was done in less than six hours. So the whole experience was really great.
How do you see The Glass Guru as "Clearly Different from other local glass companies?
Laura Welch: As far as how glass guru is really different from other companies and what makes them stand out. I don't have a ton of experience with other glass companies, but the experience that I have had is when something's broken and I need it replaced. Um I, it's not that I haven't been pleased with them, but class group, they just went over and above to make sure I was happy and, and had exactly what I wanted and they explained what they were doing and how they were doing it. So I just really felt taken care of as a customer.
What would you say the best part of your experience was with The Glass Guru?
Laura Welch: The best part of my experience with glass guru is looking at my amazing windows. Here we go. Hold on here. We're looking out together. Oh my gosh. I can't even tell that there's windows there. I was like, where's the glass? I don't know where my windows are. There's supposed to be glass there. And there was, it was so beautiful. I really loved it. The whole experience was, was really great. I it was the last part of my renovation project. Everything else was done. So it was like the little cherry on top of my, of my re renovation cake. It was Sunday, whatever you would you want us to call it. It was really great. So thank you Glass Guru.
