Well, we live out here in the country and uh a bird flew into our, one of our bedroom windows. I called glass guru. And the lady at the home office was very delightful. And the young man who came out and measured the window was very pleasant and did a good job of measuring it up. He was quick and efficient. And then in a couple of weeks, uh the installer came and uh this guy was a pro uh he was fast, uh very uh amicable. He, he, he really was um a nice guy and uh I watched him install the glass. He knew what he was doing with that torch and that uh that uh that putty knife. Uh he got it done. He cleaned up well after he got finished and uh and I got my bill and the painless effort.
