Speaker: Kathleen Griffo
Kathleen Griffo: Natasha, You have taught me to be positive, to be productive, to be patient, but most of all to be persistent. I couldn't have asked for a better leader. I don't know where I would be without your love, your support, but most of all your guidance, I wish you nothing but the best in this new role. I know that you will do a wonderful job and you need to remember that when I am here, I am here. Love you lots.
Kathleen Griffo: Your dedication, your persistence, you know how is so evident in everything you do. Success didn't come to you. You went to it. Congratulations on this next journey. I know that you will do a fantastic job. I love you.
I am Miss Brady, the special education teacher at the primary School.
Natasia has taught me that as a teacher, I have a voice and that that voice is heard your influence at primary is everlasting.
Hi, it's Lismarie Acevedo, the school social worker for Primary and Intermediate schools, and Tas has taught me to always look at the full picture when supporting our kiddos because every single piece of the puzzle is important in figuring out how to best support our scholars and making sure that they achieve success here at Foundation Academies. You will be missed. Taz, don't forget to visit us.
Hi, I am a first grade teacher in the primary school. So I've had the pleasure of working and coming into the primary school with Natasia So over the past six years, leadership qualities and success have made not only a huge impact on the primary school, but myself as well. This short message is not enough to express just to love and gratitude that I have for you. I will cherish all of the memories, all of the sorority jokes that we've had together. But honestly, just thank you for always pushing me. Thank you for always making me think outside the box. I do wish you the best. We're going to miss you, but I wish you the best in your new role. I mean, I know that you will excel because that's just who you are.
Amy Zalot: Hi Natasia, I just wanted to say thank you so much for being such a great example of what a caring, involved administrator is. You made my transition to Foundation such an easy one and I felt so welcomed and so appreciated and seen and valued by you. I wish you nothing but the best and I'm so excited to see what your new role has in store for you.
Amy Zalot: Natasa, we'll definitely miss you here at Foundation Primary, but I can't wait to see everything that you will do in your new role. We're really excited to have you take this on because I know you're just gonna be amazing. Thanks so much.
Natasia has taught me so much in the past two years, I've grown more in the past two years than I have in the past six or seven years where I was, and it's because of Natasia. You know, when I applied to Foundation, the first thing I said is I want to establish who Brittany is as a leader and under her leadership, under her commitment to the growth that she had for me, and pushing me to be the best version of myself. I can sit here and constantly say, she got me to where, you know, I wanted to be from the moment that I applied. So I couldn't be in this position now without her love, without her commitment, and her support. And I truly thank her for that.
Brooke Alagona: Hi, MS Cooper just wanted to make sure I said thank you for a few things. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to do what I love to do the most. You have been so kind and so welcoming and you made my transition to Foundation just so easy and I appreciate you for that. Your feedback, your insight, you have given me the opportunity to grow and to understand what it takes to be a great educator. Even though I'm just starting my career as a teacher, I am able to learn something new every single day because of the culture you've created in primary. It's such a positive culture filled with love and respect and honesty and openness and you have accomplished so much already and it's so admirable. We will miss you tons, but we know that you will accomplish so many great things so much more. Best of luck -- we will miss you. We love you and thank you for everything you've done.
Hey, Miss Cooper, I just wanted to tell you how extremely happy I am for you and I'm so proud of you all the work we're going to do and do great things alright. It's been six years we've been rocking all the way out and I'm extremely excited and proud that you are moving on and moving up. So congratulations. Peace.
