What does an average day as a TDR employee look like for you?
Kathleen Tydrich: I would say that every day looks a little differently, but in general on the Paid Media team, I typically spot check all of my accounts in the morning just to make sure everything is pacing right, there's no issues, everything's running smoothly. I go through all of my emails from clients and internal, check all of my wrike tasks, make sure I'm not missing anything. And then in the afternoon, usually I'll prepare for any upcoming meetings and then, just if I have any larger projects, I'll get to those.
What stands out to you about the culture at The Digital Ring?
Kathleen Tydrich: One thing that really makes The Digital Ring stand out is the employees' willingness to help. There's been so many times that I didn't know the answer to a question that a client asked or just something internal. And I messaged a coworker and they responded with a very thoughtful response, in a timely manner. So I feel like everyone is just very genuinely happy to help and that makes all the difference.
What's your favorite thing about working for TDR?
Kathleen Tydrich: My favorite thing about working at The Digital Ring is the culture. We have such a great culture here and despite working remotely, I feel like the partners and just really everyone does such a good job of maintaining that culture and making sure we're not just on separate islands with being remote. I love that we have different outings and events and get togethers just to really know each other. It can be difficult to know each other when you're just talking on Slack or behind a screen. So I love that we do those different outings. And then another thing I really appreciate about The Digital Ring is we get such a great holiday and PTO policy. I feel like everyone can appreciate that.
