What does an average day as a TDR employee look like for you?
Caitlin Jagla: As a TDR employee, an average day involves a good mix of brainstorming, strategizing, crafting beautiful copy, and collaborating with my amazingly talented coworkers.
What stands out to you about the culture at The Digital Ring?
Caitlin Jagla: The culture at TDR, to me, is a great blend of problem solving, collaboration, and camaraderie amongst the team. There's a really good balance of fun and flexibility with professionalism and results which strikes a really nice balance.
What's your favorite thing about working for TDR?
Caitlin Jagla: My favorite thing about working for TDR... I feel like everybody is going to say something similar but the people. Everybody is generally really enthusiastic. Everybody is super bright and creative and are just generally genuinely really great people which makes going to work every day that much better.
