Brian Johnson: Hello. So our first question is, what is the purpose of the dancing group? The Danielson Group is here to empower school leaders and school systems across the country and the world to make sure that we see the best in teaching and promote that through innovation, dignity, inquiry and joy. We have three spheres of influence around instructional coaching, collaborative inquiry and reflective practices that are all grounded within the framework for teaching.

Brian Johnson: The next question is describe a typical Danielson school or district partnership. And there is no one typical relationship because we believe that every school or district partnership is unique. However, one thing that remains true is our consistency and our belief in relational work. We wanna work closely to the principals, the executive coaches or to the teacher. We will design workshops based off of your needs and wants. So whether it's based off of components or domains or on professional learning or coaching, we will help create a system of learning that is gonna be beneficial for each and every one of your teachers principals or district staff.

Brian Johnson: Our next question is what kind of resources do we provide? We have a myriad of resources that are both online and tangible products. For example, our online offerings include an introduction to the framework for teaching, both focus observations that focus on equity, active listening in the observation cycle and a calibration course. Some of our more tangible offerings include what we call the FFT Series guide. And these are large topics that we have taken a subset of components and broken them down by priorities and strategies, for example, intellectual engagement.
