Marvin Kelly, CPCU, MBA: It's one thing to get there to be selected as a leader, but it's another thing to operate as a leader and do what's in the best interests of all the members.
Sharon Koches, CPCU, RPLU, AAI, AU: Occasionally you're gonna have an elephant in the room, and don't be afraid to address the elephant in the room, even if you don't have the answers. We're all here to support and work through those types of situations.
