Looking ahead to 2022, what are you most excited for (at the Society)?
Rob Galbraith, CPCU: I think the thing that I'm most excited about seeing for the CPCU Society in 2022 is just the evolution of the Society from being something that you join after you earn your CPCU designation, to broadening to all sorts of insurance professionals, both students that are at risk management programs just starting their careers and having an interest in insurance and risk management, to younger professionals that are starting out as full time employees, all the way through to mid-career professionals and those that are either at the tail end of their career, or retirees that still want to stay current that while they may be retired, you know, they obviously have spent a lot of time honing their craft and their discipline and working within the industry, and I'm sure that there is a desire to keep up with the latest developments and to network with professionals and to share, you know, the harder knowledge that they gained and mentor. And so I think the Society being really a membership, professional Society for everyone, not just those that hold the CPCU designation, is what I'm most excited about really helping the Society grow and flourish through the years ahead.
