Looking ahead to 2022, what are you most excited for (at the Society)?
Melissa Jadin: I am really excited to see the changes the Society has in store for the future, allowing a wide variety of members will help to engage insurance professionals at all stages of their careers. Get them excited to be part of this great industry, to learn and grow as individuals and as professionals, and to secure the talent pipeline for the future.
