Why did you become a member of the CPCU Society?
Melissa Jadin: My company encouraged participation and provided financial support. I attended one event with a coworker, loved it and recognized the opportunity to build my network and to grow my industry knowledge.
What do you value most about your CPCU Society membership?
Melissa Jadin: The Society allowed me to network with insurance professionals from other areas of insurance, as well as across different regions of the country. And it helped to foster a big picture thinking and provide me with an opportunity to learn and develop a leadership style that was instrumental in my personal career development.
What motivated you to get involved with the Society?
Melissa Jadin: I am really excited to see the changes that Society has in store for the future. Allowing a wide variety of members will help to engage insurance professionals at all stages of their careers, get them excited to be part of this great industry, to learn and grow as individuals and as professionals, and to secure the talent pipeline for the future.
