What excites you about going to work everyday?
JoAnn Pickel, CPCU: OK. So the question is what excites me about going to work every day? Well, we're in insurance. What doesn't excite you? No. Really? For me. Um recognizing that the insurance industry is a noble industry, we're part of something bigger than ourselves and having the opportunity to help others in their time of need. Help other adjusters figure out how to navigate this crazy world of insurance, helping policyholders navigate claims just being there for those in need really speaks to me and my servant heart. So that's what excites me about going to work every day.
What do you love most about what you do?
JoAnn Pickel, CPCU: What do I love most about what I do? Oh, man. There's so much meeting people, encouraging people making a difference in somebody's life as they start to learn about the claims world for the first time. That's a lot of what gives me excitement and why I love doing what I do.
