TalkTalk Business on working with The Comms Guru.

Kerry Scott: Hi, I am Kerry Scott. I work for TalkTalk Business and I'm a People Business Partner but I also have a responsibility for internal comms. So we decided to work with Comms Guru because a new member of the team had previously worked with The Comms Guru on building an intranet, and we had a requirement for an intranet, a brand new intranet for our organisation as we didn't currently have one. So, Comms Guru helped us deliver this and, it's now become a great source of information for everyone to access daily, we've set it up so that it automatically loads when people open their browser and it's really helped to keep communication going across the business and keep everybody informed. Comms Guru delivered on time and within budget, so the only delays were because of us, not because of Comms Guru. So I worked with Paul and James, absolutely loved working with them, really easy to work with and felt like they were part of the organisation really, not a separate organisation. And I think what they brought was just the openness to to help us with anything when we had a problem, they'd be able to think through how we overcame that and actually they were just so easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend Comms Guru to other organisations. I've just found them, approachable, professional and knowledgeable about what we needed to do and I was able to get advice on the best way of doing things, and I think what makes them different is that, It doesn't feel like it's an off the shelf product that they're delivering, they listen to your needs and tailor everything to, to what you need and actually if that doesn't work, you can kind of go, I'm not sure about this, and, and work through and and look at other solutions. I definitely would work with with Comms Guru again, I think they were just, like I said, easy to work with and, knowledgeable and approachable, nothing was ever too much for Paul and James. The three words I would use would be fun. I enjoyed my conversations with the Comms Guru every time, every meeting, whilst we had lots to cover. I always felt like I was having a conversation with friends and creative, just coming up with new innovative ideas, ways of doing things and patient, so when we couldn't decide on what we wanted, they would go away and wait for us to make that decision. So my three words are fun, creative, and patient.
