Costanza Tobino: Hello, I am Costanza Tobino. I am the Director of Internal Communications and Engagement, and I work at Stats Perform, which is a really cool company operating in the sports tech industry.
What was the service The Comms Guru provided to you?
Costanza Tobino: So, what made me select The Comms Guru? I didn't know them until I checked out the website and I saw, pretty much straight away that their ethos is very much aligned with our ethos and that the services they provide and their expertise is exactly what I was looking for, for this project that I'm working on. I'm working on a project called GenS which is Generation Stats Perform and its objective is to bring our company culture to life through a series of videos that The Comms Guru is helping me with. And I must say that the objectives were fulfilled. We've shared the first video and the results were outstanding. Feedback was incredibly positive. It was a 365 feedback, all employees loved it. They understood what we're trying to do. And it did really bring our culture to life and make us feel as one team.
What was it like working with The Comms Guru?
Costanza Tobino: Working with The Comms Guru has been fabulous so far. James and Paul are just, really nice people. Authentic, expert in what they do. They understand a communications briefing straight away. They know what you're talking about. They know what they're doing. They're great. And so working with them was really easy and we were on the same page throughout the whole process.
